So have played this game loads when it were new I wanted to try it out again, but after it all downloaded and I started playing I am getting strange delays, not even when in combat but when running around exploring, I give an move order or move with keyboard and quite often it takes quite a while before the character moves and also stops moving quite a bit after I stop.

Is this a known issue? Using windows 10 with a really new computer GTX 1080 gfx card i7-processor 32GB ram.
