I have fixed this issue by modify the setting of Nvidia Configure.
Same problem here.

Has anyone here a detailed tip to fix this ?

dude its rly worked. You are genius ty
You can also install the Nvidia PhysX that is in your Dragon Age folder!
Just go to where the Dragon Age is installed, and it's in one of the folders. It's an older version, but the game worked without problems for me.
No need to download Nvidia PhysX or copy any of the DLLs!

I hope this works for everyone!

thank, now worked
This happens when you have a more recent PhysX driver installed than the one provided with the game installation. This causes the DAO installation to silently fail the PhysX part of the installation when it tries to install the older version (the PhysX installation aborts)

Copying the already mentioned files (PhysXLoader.dll and PhysXLoader64.dll) to the <installation_path>\bin_ship folder will solve the issue
Just check that the target folder contains the file named DAOrigins.exe.
