Every time I open the game it starts to load up my game, but will crash in barely a few seconds afterward. I have tried reinstalling the game, but the issue still persists. I would love some help.

Does this happen starting a new game, or is it loading a saved game?

The 4 GB patch could open the DAOrigins.exe. SO I still have the problem. No autosave either, so you have to prey you saved close to where it crashes!

Do you mean it couldn't open it?
Or you did patch it, but it didn't solve the problem?
If you couldn't patch it, did it tell you access denied?
If you did patch it and it still crashes, are you using mods, or is this just the game. Do you have save automatically ticked in the options > gameplay screen?
Where is the game installed, and do you use One Drive for your Documents folder?

Sorry, the 4 GB patch couldn't open it, it was denied, so I was never able to use it.There is no autosave in settings to turn on, and I don't use One Drive at all.

If you move DAOrigins.exe to your desktop, you will be able to apply the patch and then move it back.

So when I load an autosave (from a bit longer ago), it seems to work? I can then also load the most recent save (I cannot load it directly). But then, when I enter a house, it immediately crashes again.

Even with the 4gb patch and the affinity set to one core the game will still crash after a few hours of gameplay, it sucks. You basically have to reset your game every 3 to 4 hours.

Bioware just needs to remake Origins.

I'm using DXVK without the 4GB patch and the game stop crashing for me every 10 minutes or so.
