Like the topic says a few minutes ago when I tried to have a save loaded, the game game cuts out and shuts down. But the weird thing is I was playing the game as recent as 2:00 AM this morning with no problems. So does anyone have suggestions on what I can try? When I start up DAO, it appears normal but when I try to either resume or load a save then it cuts out.

Try loading an earlier save.
If it loads, you may then be able to load your most recent.

If it loads, you may then be able to load your most recent.
I was able to fix the problem it by repairing the game. The only downside/annoyance to this was reinstalling the mods but at least this was fixed.

This fixed it for me. Kept on crashing, even after repairing or reinstalling the game.

I loaded a way earlier savegame. After that, I could load the latest one. Thanks!
