1. \Dracula 3\dracula.exe -> property->
[x] compability mode XP SP3
[x] no optimization for ful screen
[x] Run this program as administrator

2. modification of 2 parameter in Dracula 3/config.ini

bFullScreen=1
bSoftBilinear=1

3. dege.freeweb.hu/dgVoodoo2/dgVoodoo2

Use dgVoodoo2_77.zip to get the following four files :
\MS\x86\D3D9.dll, D3DImm.dll, Ddraw.dll
\dgVoodoo.conf

Place them at the root of Dracula 3 install

4. change dgVoodoo.conf :

[DirectX]
dgVoodooWatermark = false

5. Launch the game in 1024x768

It works for me.
