So before I fire off a support ticket I thought I'd ask if anyone had this problem here. I'm running Windows 7, playing Dracula 4 "stock" (I haven't even checked out the menu options to change resolutions / settings etc). In my inventory, there are several tabs along the top - they go to general inventory, medicine, "recipes" etc - on the RIGHT HAND side of the inventory there are three (I think?) tabs. The bottom one is for "dialogue" - when I click on it the game crashes - locks up, hourglass cursor appears and I Alt-Ctrl-Del out.
A few times during the prologue I had problems as well (when I'd open the inventory and put something in my "hand" I couldn't hit X out - it was just stuck, or I'd just click on an object in my inventory and I wouldn't be able to hit X to leave the inventory). These problems aren't as big a deal as they haven't happened yet in the real game - I'm at the first manor now. Not that I care about being able to read past dialogues - I'm just worried I may have more crashes - something I can fix now?
Also is the inventory screen glitchy generally? That's when most of my problems surfaced (opening up, being unable to exit after clicking on an item but not "doing" anything with it, like combining - just sort of clicking to see if I could and when I couldn't - lock). I'm new to adventure games so I forsee a lot of fruitless clicking on objects :) and I don't want to get frustrated if the game tends to glitch with something I could have fixed early on. Thanks!
