When I try to start Dracula 2: The Last Sanctuary, it just gives me a black screen with my normal cursor, and I can still click on icons on the desktop. It's like there's just a black screen over my desktop and nothing else, and the game won't run. I can get the taskbar to appear if I run over the icons, but the game does not appear in the taskbar. I had to restart. I'm running on a Windows 8.1 laptop with Intel HD Graphics card.

i know its been 8 years but still, people with this problem try this method it worked for me and its super easy https://windowsreport.com/gog-games-black-screen/
