When I was launching Dracula 2 through Galaxy, it gave me the error shown in the attached picture.
This is because a wrong executable has been linked as the default. In order to rectify this, if you want to play the game through Galaxy, you have to change the default executable to GAME.exe instead of Dracula2.exe.
So, as long as GOG has the settings wrong and if you can't launch the game, use GAME.EXE executable instead of Dracula2.exe.
