I cant get the game to start, and I don`t know why.

Upon opening the exe, nothing happens. Nothing comes up on screen, no loading bar or anything. I checked task manager, and it seems that soon after running, "Dracula.exe" just dies by itself. I have tried running normally, and as admin, I even tried running with different compatibility packages, but nothing seems to work.

Try the tips from GOG's crashing troubleshoot which you haven't already:

That'll sort out most common issues.
