I get a data execution error with dracula 1, I turned it off for the dracula 1 exe, but I still get an error for a phoenix vr.exe file and there is nothing called that in the folder.

That's odd, because Dracula.exe is the Phoenix VR viewer. Try renaming the file to fvr_viewer.exe and disable DEP for it.
