No. Final Doom doesn't include Wolfenstein levels (and it never did). Doom 2 includes two secret Wolfenstein levels.
If you want Wolfenstein levels in Doom, then I think the best option is:

http://www.moddb.com/mods/wolfendoom/addons/laz-rojas-wolfendoom-packs-for-zdoom

This one is designed for the ZDoom engine - I use it with GZDoom fine. I have noted, however, that the large boss enemies hitboxes are oddly placed. Initially I thought it was a bug that they were invulnerable, but on setting the GZDoom autoaim option to Always (just as it was in vanilla Wolfenstein and Doom) then they do take hits.

The pack I linked to contains all of the original Wolfenstein and Spear of Destiny levels remade for ZDoom, along with various other WolfenDOOM mods, such as Astrostein, Escape from Totenhaus, Operation Eisenmann, Operation Arctic Wolf, Operation Rheingold, and more.
I'd recommend AFADoomer's TC myself.

I had a look at that TC last night. I'm not a fan of how his batch files work, so I chose not to use them and instead wrote my own to load the necessary .pk3 and .pk7 files. The TC itself, though, is pretty nice. It gives a pure Wolfenstein 3D feeling (other than strafe turning, that is, which wasn't present in the original game but which I absolutely have to use). Having all Wolf3D and SOD levels in one episode selection is a nice touch, too.

That said, the WolfenDOOM mods do provide other unofficial episodes so if you want even more Wolfenstein then WolfenDOOM provides.
