What are the checksums (CRC or SHA-1) of GOG version of files: TNT.wad , PLUTONIA.wad , DOOM.wad and DOOM2.wad? (there are different versions of these files around (for example: http://doom.wikia.com/wiki/PLUTONIA.WAD). I would like to know which ones are offered by GOG.

Please use this wiki instead; it's generally more accurate and up to date.

As explained here, GOG.com distributes the "anthology" version of Final Doom, so many bugs in the IWADs, such as the infamous missing key on TNT MAP31, are fixed.

For the Ultimate Doom and for Doom II, it is the latest DOS versions that are used.
