How do I change the resolution of ultimate Doom ?
The INI file is not in the ultimate Doom folder
I want to set a 1920x1080 resolution
The picture quality of ultimate Doom is really bad.

You can configure the scaler DOSBox uses in the DOSBox Configuration programm und advanced settings.
The original version of Ultimate Doom only supports one resolution which was pretty normal back in the day, escpecially for games with non-polygonal graphics.
If you really want better graphics you'll have to use an alternate engine (which are called source ports), many are linked here: https://doomwiki.org/wiki/Source_port. A good starting point these days should be GZDoom.

gzdoom is the best for better picture or there other best options ?
and what do you mean about DOSBox Configuration programm und advanced settings there is a way to change in dosbox
resolution ? if there is a way then you can explain to me how to do it ?

Yes, you will need a source port like GZDoom. That will allow you to play doom in HD and also properly support mouse look.

what about DOSBox ? you can change resolution in DOSBox ?

Yes you can, but the GOG config already has the native resolution of your monitor as the fullscreen resolution configured.

But what's also important is the scaler used to get to game to that resolution. DOSBox can't influence what resolution a game renders at, it can only take the output and scale it up in different ways. The DOSBox has an article about the supported scalers (by coincidence they use a picture of the Doom Guy to illustrate them) http://www.dosbox.com/wiki/Scaler. If you want to try some of the out set the with the GOG DOSBox configurator or edit dosbox_doom.conf in your Doom directory.

i think its simple with GZDOOM with dosbox its to complicated
one more thing when i download gzdoom i extract the files and copy and paste it in ultimate doom folder ?
and what to change in GZDOOM settings for best picture when i enter to the game ?

As I said, it's a matter of taste on what's best, I suggest you try the various presets and then work from there.
