Out of all of the classic doom games that can be brought on steam or gog, Which one has the latest bug fixes or updates? I heard the steam verisons are bugged. So Should i buy the rest of the games on gog?

GOG sells a patched version of Final Doom.

You should look at this post.
Steam version use DOSBox 0.71 (or 0.72), GoG version use DOSBox 0.74 and all files are patched.

So in the topic of this, Would i be better off buying old dos games in gog and not in steam? Since steam seems to put outdated dos games and are not patch them in order to work in new os systems. ? .

The answer is in the post that you've quoted:

The only difference compared to Steam is that GOG sells a version of Final Doom that has less bugs (and uses a newer DOSBox version, which is irrelevant, because Chocolate Doom exists).

You should use a source port, so you are basically just buying the wad files. If you want a source port that is true to the original version, you should use Chocolate Doom. If you want a modernized version that uses a software renderer use DOOM Retro and if you want to have all options, an OpenGL renderer and compatibility to most mods use GZDoom.

Awesome thanks :D
In general I'd say it is much safer to buy older games on GOG. That is what they specialise in, they seem to go to greater lengths to make the games work well on modern systems, and usually you're getting nice extras that you might not be able to easily get otherwise, like for example manuals. They are also definitely DRM-free, although that usually applies to older games on Steam as well, even if you have to download them through the client.
