Can I put wads from the master folder of doom 2 in GZdoom? I'm new to these old games and would like to do it correctly. Thanks

Yes. Should be a matter of just dragging and dropping to the directory of your GZDoom install. When you launch the executable it should then allow you to choose which WAD you want to load.
