I want to be able to play with the original controls of Doom. I want to be able to bind my alt key as a strafe.
Without the older versions of Doom to be available for download, this simply is not possible, currently, as the strafe bind is locked out.
Please allow the rollback feature to be activated for this game, or fix the controls, or, heck, both!

The original versions of Doom and Doom II are included with the Enhanced versions as separate downloads/installs; they should be listed as "The Ultimate DOOM" and "DOOM II + Final DOOM" in your GOG library.
