I played thru all 3 original episodes of DOOM already. And I have some music issue.
When I played in map E3M9, remixed version of music is missing and play midi variant instead.
Strange, because E1M9 and E3M9 have the same theme, and E1M9 play remixed version as intended.

Look like an error in the pre-recorded track definition file:

Neither O_E3M9 nor H_E3M9 exists in the extras WAD. There should be reference to O_E1M9 and H_E1M9 instead.
O_ stands fro pre-recorded SC-55 version of the track; H_ stands for Andrew's rearranged version. Since none of those two exist, fallback to MIDI playback happens.

You can fix it yourself.

Download and install SLADE (https://slade.mancubus.net)
Open extras.wad.
Navigate to TRAKINFO as on the attached screenshot.
If nothing is displayed, press "View as text".
Find D_E3M9 section as on the screenshot.
Replace O_E3M9 and H_E3M9 with O_E1M9 and H_E1M9 respectively.
Save, close SLADE and try it in-game.

P.S. Don't forget do backup your original extras.wad beforehead. Just in case.

Thanx! I know how to fix it. But - I don't want to. It's like a joke - map E3M9 like map E3M1 in shapes, like you go twice in timeloop and midi music for this madness fit well.
P.S. And E4M9 - play E1M9 song correctly.

I can confirm this. I checked the TRAKINFO file (there are two of them, select the first one) and the correction is now in place.
