I've downloaded the game but there's no goodies in the Extras even though the store page says there's a manual and a game bible.
Any other game has all the goodies as stated.

What am I doing wrong?

The goodies are in The Ultimate Doom which is also included with the Enhanced version. Same goes for Doom II under its Doom II: Hell on Earth entry in your account. See here from my account's perspective.

oh wow, you're right! It just silently appeared there..
I gave up on trying to understand all the versions and repacks of Doom 1 years ago, though I knew it was listed as Ultimate Doom on GOG earlier.
