I’m currently considering purchasing Doom and Doom II during the current GOG sale. I’m particularly interested in the DOSBox versions included in this package.
I live in Germany, and I’m aware that in the past, censored versions of both games existed here. For example, secret levels like the Wolfenstein levels in Doom II and certain graphical elements were removed or altered in some versions.
Can anyone confirm if the DOS versions of both Doom and Doom II included in the GOG release are completely uncut, even for German buyers?
I’d really appreciate a definitive answer before making the purchase, as I want to ensure I’m getting the full original experience.

While I (from USA) can confirm the DOSBox version of DOOM 2 I have includes all the symbology that made it illegal in Germany in the secret level (MAP31), I do not know how GoG handles the country you are from or how it handles VPN to hide it, etc when ordering or downloading. If I recall, the secret levels in DOOM 2 are still technically censored / controlled by Germany's group that does this due to that imagery. But otherwise, DOOM was unbanned in 2011-ish.
From what I can tell I have multiple versions of DOOM and DOOM2.
I had the originals, DOSBox. Listed as The Ultimate Doom, DOOM II + Master Levels, and Final Doom.
I have the Bethesda re-release from couple years ago (free as owned the above originals) listed as DOOM I Enhanced and DOOM II Enhanced.
Finally, I have the new DOOM + DOOM II (also came free from owning originals). Which states it includes the original DOS Doom and Doom 2. Because I own so many versions, I am not sure how GoG handles this. I assume buying the new one gets you the original listed ones I mention above. I know the "DOOM + DOOM II" install thru Galaxy does not include the DOSBox/DOS versions in its own folder.
