I allready joined it by completing a few tasks for that bartender but can't locate it.
I need to find it to free penmra or is it that hatchet in that case I can't find penumra anywhere
I really feel stupid sometimes.
I just didn't properly explore the hatchet, got it now

My memory is foggy but I think once you join, a door unlocks (or you get a key) in the same room as the bar tender.
