Bit confused by the Mac Version numbers on Divinity Original Sin.

The main game file is 2.8.09.44

Then there is a file to patch from 2.6.0 to 2.7.0

Now if the main file is as above then why is the 2.6.0 to 2.7.0 file even there to download ?

The full installer has the latest version of the game. The patch is just there for people who downloaded the full installer 3 updates ago, and wanted to update to the previous version... so apparently it is left over from the last full installer, and wasn't removed with the latest update.
