I'm currently playing with the "Steam exclusive" armor sets thanks to the debug console. It's clunky and takes a while to find the items in the list (wish there was a way to scroll better- mouse wheel doesn't work an the item list is too long and the bar too short for clicking and dragging on the scroll bar to work properly), but I managed to give myself the Orobas, Mining Guild, and Annihilator armor sets!

So there are all the Pre-Order Items already included?

From what was said in the video on the D2:DC site, all the pre-order and specific release bonus items should be available from the Developer Mode, as well as equipment that was never actually put in the game.

Didn't were they yet in TDKS? I think I already seen them, playing with a CD version (not Steam) of the pack.

Those sets were originally a Steam exclusive, but were later included in the North American Xbox release of DKS. I don't know of any other releases with them, at least that were mentioned in English forums (I don't have the retail version of the anthology yet).

If you're talking about the Blood Echelon items which were exclusive to t he X-Box version of Ego Draconis, they've been included since the release of Dragon Knight Saga.
