Apparently it used to be that using poison weapon when applied to a bow hit even if the shot missed. Is this still the case with the latest fixes?

Also, frost as a weapon enchantment disregarded the target's resistances in the past. Was this fixed as well?

I don't know about the frost weapon, but I'm using poison bows and it's still poisoning even when the attack misses. It's overpowered this way, yeah.
