What I ment with the second part is that Larian might provide standalone patch and it might work on GOG Divine Divinity but as the remastered version is only available thru Digital Distribution channels, they probably won't bother as each DD service has their own way of handling patches. And yes, I've read about GOG patch policy. ;)

6 dollars is a bargain for this game even with the bugs, but I wouldn't buy it unless you have some patience. I haven't gotten as many CTDs as other people claim, but I have gotten a couple other annoying issues such as not interacting with objects the way I should and having my bottom menu vanish. If they fix all of this then $6 is theft (for us, not the site), but until then buy it only if you have patience to spare.
It's still a blast though.

My menu was also disappearing but I found out it was a feature, right clicking the menu makes it minimize, right clicking it again makes it appear normal.
I was right clicking it by accident in a battle, it shrank to a tiny line at the bottom, I tried every thing except right clicking since I had not realized that I had clicked on it in the first place.
One other person said it was a bug so you may have the real thing, try right clicking it and see if it works . . . =^ )
