Hi,
If you're on Vista/Win7 try to tick the 'run as admin' box in the game shortcut to see if that stops it form happening
it seems to quick save ok..I'm on XP

Weird...if anything i'd expect something like that to happen on Vista/Win7, not on XP.
I'm running the game on Win7 and i'm not getting that, so i guess you shouldn't be getting that message...
You say it seems to save anyway. Can you load those saves or do they come up as corrupt or do you get an error or something when you try to load them ?

Well they actually seem to load //mmmmmmmmm
Well, i still think you shouldn't be getting that message, but as long as you can save/load i guess it's not too much of a problem...
Found the problem..it was Norton anti virus 2009....supposed to be the leanest but still have to disable it..
Ah, ok.
Good to know you sorted it out ;)
And yeah, AV's and Firewalls can sometimes interfere, which is a pain...

You should seriously consider ditching that poor excuse for an AV and getting something like Avast. I used Norton for a couple of years because I got it free with my ISP but decided to try out Avast after they changed the free protection to mcafae. Its alot less hassle and my system runs alot better, from 2-3 minutes from turning the power on to booting up to less then a minute now.
