I bought the retail editions of the first two Divinity games, and purchased both of them again on GOG plus the Dragon Knight Saga on Steam (recently patched to DRM-free). So all I really want from the "pay what you want" bundle is the bonus items from Divinity II. I just hope that GOG and Larian don't think I'm being cheap by paying far less than what the actual value of all three games are worth.

Anyone else have that concern?
No, you're a horrible person.

Just kidding.
The GOG versions of DD and BD are being updated with the anthology versions, and Larian is working with Steam and Focus on a patch to add the Developer Mode to DKS, so really, you pretty much have the core of the anthology already. Unless you wanted the physical version of the anthology, I can understand not wanting to pay a lot for just the digital version extras.

I have a couple retail versions each of DD and BD, the GOG version of DD, and Xbox versions of D2:ED and DKS, but wouldn't have a problem buying the anthology. The 87 games I've bought recently in GOG sales not withstanding, I generally prefer physical copied of games, so definitely want the boxed Larian Vault limited edition of the anthology.
I am also intrigued by the boxed anthology at the Larian Vault. There are enough goodies in there that I might be tempted to pick that up as well. For DRM-free games, I also greatly prefer physical copies (and likely always will).

Yes I kind of had that concern I already have DD on GOG and DKS on steam so the price for the full pack here has already gone beyond what I want to pay ......... But if I could have paid what I wanted since BD is really what I lack and a non DRM version of DKS.....which can be achieved with a steam version, but well 9.99 would have sold me but again its seems too late for all that. I would actually prefer to have them on GOG. In addition I may pick up the boxed anthology down the road a bit how long will they be available in the boxed? It would be awesome if this game offered back up copy's here on GOG like the Witcher series. :)

The average / 90% points are down to almost $8 / $16, so maybe as the week goes on and people keep buying DD for cheap those values will drop some more.

There were 25K limited edition anthology boxes produced (of which, Larian needs to sell two thirds to break even - see the blog post Hatching the Anthology). I don't know how long they will remain available. At least theoretically, if demand is strong enough that they sell out very soon, there could be another version released (that kind of defeats the point of having a limited edition, though).

Hey sweet this is good news I appreciate the response ty so much.
BTW, DRM was removed from the Steam version of DKS a little while after the DRM free patch was released. For awhile you had to do it manually, but it did get into an automatic update.

Steam is a form of DRM in itself, I'm glad there's a GOG release. In my case the possibility of being a cheapskate and getting 3 games for $17 without DRM was the only way I would've bought DKS. I've never played it and it's one of those games where people either tell you that it's really good or that it's mediocre. I'll pay full price for their next game if I like DKS as much as some people do.

I believe Raze meant that the Steam version can now be started directly without first starting the Steam client. He mentioned the same thing about DD & BD a while back.
Yes, I meant you didn't need the Steam client to play DKS (just to install/re-install it, I assume, or if you want it running to track your playtime or enable notifications, etc). The Steam release of DD was DRM free from the start.
That said, a pure DRM free approach like GOG is much preferable.
So I already have DD and BD on GoG, If I want DKS (That I already have on Steam/Xbox 360) I need to buy the entire Anthology or else pay the 19.99 for just DKS? That doesn't make much sense, GoG should have an option for somebody who already bought the first 2 games previously... :(
Well right now buying the anthology is the same as buying DKS at 30% off, with a bonus gift code for DD and BD, since you have them already.

Larian is working on a patch for DKS to add the Developer Mode (which is what is different in the Director's Cut), so other than the GOG bonus content you can stick with the Steam version of DKS (or wait for a regular sale on GOG).
Ah! So I get a bonus gift code for DD and BD... That's cool, I was just a bit frustrated for buying something that I already had and not getting any type of bonus for it.

But if as you say it exctly the same as Steam/360 DKS then probably I'll hold from buying it right now... Sorry Larian... :(

Indeed I went ahead and picked it up and I wanted to say thanks for the way you all are interacting with the community here on the forums that is a big pro for me when considering a purchase.
Dragul;
I suppose it is understandable that you might not want to jump at the chance to get a third copy of DKS, just for the bonus content and Developer Mode. The next time it is on sale, though...

...ah, never mind. Not everyone can be quite as obsessive. :-)
I have 2 disk copies and the GOG version of DD, the Larian Vault release of DD (though that one was free), 2 disk copies of BD, a digital PC version of DKS and Xbox versions of D2:ED and DKS.

.
Riveir;
You're welcome, and Larian appreciates your support in return.

I know how you feel. Larian is sending me the boxed anthology, but I'm going to buy the GOG version, as well (for an extra copy, and to bump up the counter a tiny bit closer to the LMK demo and new RPG milestones).
