Love the game however i am having a serious problem with flickering textures, so anyone know how to fix that problem?

I am using a AMD Radeon HD 7970 as my graphic card.

So anyone know how to fix this little problem?

Are you using the 'unlocked' camera or the default one with a narrow turn-range? Some textures may not render properly when viewed from the 'back'.

Otherwise, which types of textures are generally causing the problem?
Check to see if your display drivers are up to date, also in the "Catalyst Control Center" make sure all graphics options are on either the highest/quality settings or "Application controlled". You also don't want anything set to "optimised" or equivalent, any settings that refer to optimisation should be disabled/off.

If you are on the newest drivers and none of that works you could try completely uninstalling all display driver software and reinstalling it, sometimes it helps though rarely. Also you might have luck using a slightly older driver since ATi/AMD drivers can be a pain, for example I'm still using v13.12 because I have problems with the newest ones. I have a 7970, though I haven't played much of the game I played enough to get to the first town and didn't have any graphics problems with the v13.12 driver.

I'm running a 2GB 7850 @ 1.05GHz core, 1.3GHz ram with the 14.7 RC1 CATs, and only every now and then I get a flickering texture (very sporadic). I also have the camera unlocked (which should be the default in the game, imo--the game should have been made for it), and I'm running a texture mod (although I don't run the SweetFX portion of the mod.) Instead of SweetFX, I run RadeonPro and max out the Supersampling FSAA & use ultra SMAA and a couple of other IQ options--game is gorgeous. The game's internal controls allow for various forms of vsync, including vsync off, as well as controls for locking in a max framerate, etc. I usually find the Triple buffering option the best--if not using that already you should give it a whirl. Good luck.

(Parenthetically, the only Catalysts I had any difficutly at all with were the 14.4's--and then only because they refused to uninstall properly.) That was the driver that switched from wddm1.2 to wddm1.3, IIRC, which works very well with my OS, Win8.1x64. If you are running an older OS--Win7, say--you may want to drop down to an earlier wddm1.2 Catalyst version, as only 8.1 + supports wddm1.3, from what I gather. I think your problem is likely related to vsync, though, but I thought I'd mention the wddm requirement anyway, in the rare event that it might help you.

Edit: It just seems to me to be purely a matter of where the camera is in relation to the object being viewed (or flickering.) I found that in every case where I saw flickering, a minute change in camera orientation would stop it completely. It seems to be something related to vsync that is somehow angle-dependent in the drivers.
