I bought the Enhanced Edition but I am a bit disoriented about the update: which ones should I download? Can I only download the latest one? What is the correct order?

Tristone: which ones should I download?

The full installer has been updated to the latest version (2.0.119.430, as shown in the main menu). The patches are only required for those who downloaded previous version of the full installer, so they don't have to redownload everything.
