So I was playing through the game, near then end Zandalor is just lying on the ground at the end of the Source temple having a nap, he just doesn't want to get up. I'm not sure why he is being such a lazybones but he is unwilling to move or interact in any form at all. We've tried everything from stabbing him to hitting him with boxes, so I'm out of ideas, anyone here know a way to wake this sucker up so the game can be completed, or is it a write off?

Reilock: he is unwilling to move or interact in any form at all.
After the star-stone-like effect when you approach Zandalor, you should be able to 'talk' to him, your character makes a comment and then Icara shows up and revives him.

Did you either not free the White Witch, or kill her? Neither should cause a problem, but someone else just reported this after killing Icara in the homestead. That might have been your co-op partner, actually (did you just kill her a couple of hours previous to that in the game?), or just a coincidence.

After checking, Icara the white witch, being a vile Source user as well as a murderer was killed in line with the mandates of the Source Hunters orders. Though if she was totally vital to progression I would have thought her death would cause a game over similar to Zandalors.

Also, on approach there was no Star Stone effect or any other cutscene or effect played. The closest I can think of is that walking behind the broken portal and looking through the broken pots netted some 6000 odd exp points.

Please email supportdos@larian.com, with a brief description (or link to this topic) and your save before first approaching Zandalor (if available), otherwise your latest save (or a Dropbox or Google drive link, etc).

For Windows you can use the report.zip file generated by the D:OS EE Analysis Tool.
Extract the zip file somewhere and run AnalysisTool.exe. When that loads, browse to the install folder (if it is not automatically detected), optionally run the tests first, and then generate a report (it will be saved in the same location as the Analysis Tool).

The report will contain system and game information, as well as your saved games. To reduce the file size, you can delete most of the saves from the zip.

For OSX, saves can be zipped by right clicking the folder(s) and selecting Compress, in the folder:
~/Documents/Larian Studios/Divinity Original Sin Enhanced Edition/PlayerProfiles/<ProfileName>/Savegames

Linux is similar, with the saves in the home directory.
