Is Master Siegfried supposed to do anything? At the moment he is just standing there with a group of cronies by the bridge leading to the Phantom Forest. I can't interact with him at all, it's like he's not there, when scrolling over him nothing happens, no change of icon, anything :( I've got his diary in my inventory which I've read so what have I dome wrong? Thanks.

Edit: To clarify, when I hover over him and his group it highlights who they are but that is the only thing that happens, there is no way to interact with them.

That doesn't seem to be happening, him and his little group are just standing there the whole time and not moving or commenting on anything. But at least interacting with him is not important quest wise so I'll not worry and move on.
