Hello!
Just bought the game today ... it is the first game bought on GOG that gives me problems.
The game starts with my character on a basement (and I see all of ot) ... after pick some money from the chest I go in the other room and I click on the ladder. the character goes up but I can't see anything ,,, I can hear a person addressing my character but it is all black.
Any idea?

Disable Caps Lock. Enabling Caps Lock, or holding down the Shift key, lets you move the screen focus away from your character (to see or toss stuff further), but can result in the screen not following when entering hatches/caves or using ladders/stairs.
