I'm looking for the dwarven teleporter pad by the dwarven halls, can't seem to locate it. Could someone give me some direction? The map shows it just south of the halls, but I have yet to run into it.

Yeah, I finally found the thing after searching for an hour. It looks so deceiving on that scroll I was given showing the location of the portals. Thanks again Raze.
