Do effects of "minor drug" (+100 poison resistance, - 100 spirit) ever wear off?

Why did you take it/ consider taking it????

I think they do eventually if the poison doesnt kill you.

i took it to see what the effects are. I was experimenting with my alchemy skill and extracted it from drudanae.

what poison? didnt experience any poison especially that i have 100 posion resistance after taking it.

I used it to kill the big spider in the lowest level of catacombs beneath aleroth. I was completely immune to his attacks.

i thought effects would wear off after sleeping but now i still have -88 spirit resistance.

Must have skipped the resistance part.

Well its down from -100, have you tried sleeping more then once?

i did some things after taking drug so i was wondering if i should load the game and do them once again... i didn't, and fortunately it wore off, but it took quite some time. it was scary. i had only a few saves before the event.
