Has anyone else had this xinput error... why does a desktop game even need an xbox driver?


win 7 pro (64bit)
avast (off)
drivers up to date.

It's not xbox driver, it is part of DirectX, try re-installing it - http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=8109
