Can someone please tell me if the Patch v2.0.5.10 is the newest patch?
I really would like to know the changes.

Yes, it is. The latest game version (currently) is 1.0.124 (shown in the main menu under the column of buttons).

The changes in the most recent patch are listed in the Dragon Commander sticky topic. For a list of previous changes for all the patches, the easiest place to find them together would be the Steam Announcements page for the game.
