Help, I have the exact same problem we tryna play with my gf but same sh*t with the non interactable stuff and UI messed up during character creation... We never installed mods so it's not coming from there. Fully reinstalling both games didn't work. We are trying a last attempt with the offline installer, hopefully it does work 'cause I really wanted to play this game with someone... It's not as fun alone :((

EDIT : Reinstalling both full games with the offline installers worked. In case you're in the same predicament :)
