I was playing in English and just wanted to take a look at the French version so I switched using the LanguageSettings app.

I didn't like it and I used the app again to go back to English but it's nto working now ! I tried English, German, French again... I tried everything but the game only launches in French.

Is there a ligne in an .ini file I can change to go back to English ?

I'm not sure, but you could try investigating [base installation directory]\Data\Localization\language.lsx (in spite of the extension, it's in some sort of XML language).

In frustration, I ended up redownloading the game and reinstalling so it's back to English now.
