Hi. I think it's strange that this DLC is only 8 megs. Kind of small-ish for soundtracks (FLAC's are big), artbook and design notes. I remember artbook from witcher 2 has more than 300 megs alone.
There is no mistake? 8 megs, really?

Only the installer for in-game items is 8 MB, the "extras" are much-much bigger (artbook 45 MB, design notes 200 MB, flac ost 700 MB, mp3 ost 100 MB), but the page only lists the installer's size. (see the image I posted)

Take a look at the DLC for Ether One for example. It says "download size: 0 MB", because it's just extras, and no in-game stuff with an installer.

As said here above, the DLC is just 8 Mb, the various extras has to be downloaded separately

Every items Do however list how much big they are, for example the soundtrack is 689 Mb, Artbook 44 and so on
