What do you mean by "unauthorized"? If you have Original D:OS in your account but not the Enhanced Edition, contact support.

Pillars of eternity did the same thing initially,then it blinked and showed up as installed. Its weird..

It shows up as installed now,but why doesn't it show up in my games list. I can play it,it just doesn't show up in my games list. Is it because I got the key from G2A. I had to activate the key thru GOG. Shouldn't I get the Enhanced edition free?

As I already said, if you have Original D:OS in your library but not the Enhanced Edition, contact support. Some of the Ehanced Editions had to be activated manually. If your game is from G2A, it may cause problems though. Lot of codes from there have been revoked over past months due to them being originally aquired using stolen credit cards. With few exeptions (like the Witcher games) only source of legal GOG keys is GOG.com itself.
