Can anybody give me some advices how to make the fights against these phantoms (with wolf, bull and pig) in the south of Cassandra and against the (phantom)cyclopes in front of the abandoned lodge in the south-east?

The phantom wolf alone makes over 300 dmg (!) per attack and attacks three or four times... these are over 1000 dmg per round...
And the cyclopes stun, freeze, fear etc. actually my whole group and then I can just sit there and look how they kill every group member step by step...

Although my group has the same level I have to hit an enemy ten or more times for killing even just one of them... and I wear the best armor and weapons that I could find in the game. A.t.m. I have no chances to win these fights...
