So previously the Steam version of the game (Dragon Knight Saga, so before Director's Cut release) had some "Steam Exclusive Content" I think it was gear, but I may be mistaken. The Steam page for the Director's Cut makes no such claim. Also, the Divinity II: Ego Draconis on Steam (http://store.steampowered.com/app/27220/ weird that they are selling that for the same price as the entire saga) says it has Steam Exclusive Content.

Does anyone know if this content is include in all versions of the Director's Cut?

A new game in D2:DC does not automatically include the Steam 'exclusive' sets (also in the later North American Xbox release), but you can use the Developer Mode to give yourself any equipment, including these sets.
