Larian did retweet something about an "entirely ridiculous and awesome announcement" this week, but I have no idea if it is released to pre-orders or GOG in any way.

There will be news about the GOG release in the last kickstarter update, but that will likely be on Monday, so I think we can rule out pre-orders at this point.
