Simply put, where are the damn screenshots stored at? It's not in My Documents\Larian Studios and it's not in C:\GOG Games. So where are they hidden?

Without a 3rd party program like Fraps or something like it, there is no way to take screenshots.

There is, but not physical files on the hard drive. If you use fake fullscreen you can use PrtScrn key to capture your shot to the clipboard, then ALT/TAB out and paste it into a graphic program. Though some people may have issues with fake fullscreen. The attached shot was just taken with the PrtScrn key and pasted into Gimp.

Print screen screen is a thrird paty aspect which is exactly what I said. And print screen doesn't work if you try to use ctrl+v to past it into an empty bmp or jpg. I know I tried it

The topic creator was asking if there was a hotkey in the game itself

Just how hard do you work at being a complete fool? PrtScrn is not third party. PrtScrn is a button on your keyboard. To take a screenshot, in any game, no matter what method you choose, you have to press a damned button. PrtScrn is a key on most keyboards that sends the current screen to the clipboard (or printer, depending on OS and setup).

And of course you cannot paste the clipboard directly into a bmp or jpg, you have to use your graphics editing program, just like you have to paste text into a document editor.

@Hickory
Listen numb nuts, if you spent more time in school instead of trying to sound smart on a forum, then you would know that the definition of 3rd party means ANYTHING other than itself which makes Print Screen 3rd party to Divinity Original sin you meatstick!

And some games you can do print screen directly into a JPG

Oh, but you said that's third party, so that never counts by your definition.

So idiocy comes naturally, then? I thought so.

That doesn't even make any sense because you've made no reference points defining anything I said.
You really should have stayed in school there buddy, you really should have. You're all over the place not making any sense.
UM... FYI, [Windows key] + [Prt sc] will place the image dirrect in the user - my pictures -screenshots folder... does work in game, or even in the metro screen for other apps.

UM.... FYI, I'm sure that the very low percentage of Windows 8 users will find that information helpful.

Thanks for that tidbit, I haven't come across that one before.
