Greetings Buddys...

I have a problem with my Game.

When i Finished my Game (Ego Draconis), normaly i get a small Scene where Lucian speak with me bla bla and then a Loading scene come.. Normaly after the Loading scene the Flames of Vegeance start with a Video from Aleroth and the Ghost Behrlihn comes to me...... SO that was the Normal if you know...But at my PC it isnt Normal.
When i Finished the Game (Ega Draconis) i get the Film scene with Lucian and then the "Normal"Loading scene. But the Loading scene stops after 3 -5 Seconds...And after that nothing happens...I am in the Stuck Loading scene but nothing more happens. So i restart the game and finished Ego Draconis Again but the same thing happend I get the Film, the Loading scene and it stops.... I looked into the Task-Manager, but the Game run and doesnt Crash it wasnt Inaktiv.... In video sequenz i have about 600 - 700mb Ram used and while a loading scene normaly 200-400 mb Ram...
When the Loading scene stops, i have 200 - 300 mb used and it got up and down, up and down but in an normal Area.

But now the Question, what can i do, that the Game Flames of Vengeance dosent stop.... In tha Main Menu i try to start a now Game from Flames of Vengeance, but it stops after 3 secounds again....

Maybe you have an idea, what the Porblem is.

So the video doesn't start?

If you hit Esc, does the game continue? If the cutscene video is not starting for some reason, Esc may skip it.

Problems with the cutscene at the start of the Flames of Vengeance section of the game can be due to the audio codec. In that case it may help to re-install the AC3filter audio codec.

Try lowering the game resolution and graphics settings to see if that helps.

Try running the Developer Mode version of the game, to see if that makes a difference.

Try verifying local files: in Galaxy, select the game in the left column, then click on the More button, and in the Manage menu select 'Verify / Repair'.

Try the 4GB Patch to increase the amount of virtual memory that the game (or any 32 bit application) can access in 64 bit versions of Windows.

Setting the game to run in a window may avoid problems with this transition. The transition itself isn't the issue, but to try that, edit the file below in a text editor and change the one to a zero in Fullscreen="1".
C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Divinity 2\Profile\graphicoptions.xml

The easiest way to get to that folder would probably be to copy the following into the location bar in Windows Explorer.
%LocalAppData%\Divinity 2\Profile

To browse there, you may need to set Windows Explorer to show hidden files and folders (covers Vista through Win 10).

Try starting a video in Windows Media Player, pause it, and leave it running in the background when you start the game. That can help if there are problems with certain video filters or codecs.

Try renaming the cutscene video EXP_Intro_English.wmv in the install folder '..\Divinity II - Developers Cut\Data\Video'.

You can disable playing videos, though the game should just skip the video if it is renamed. To do so, in the install folder, edit the '..\data\globalswitches.xml' file in a text editor and change the one to a zero in the term PlayVideo="1" and save.
