Generally I doesn't really ask for things, except when it comes to multiplayer. Dragon Commander feature a direct connection which is by far my favorite type of multiplayer. As we played a match I've had some ideas about what I felt missing from the game. I have some suggestion that should make the game more enjoyable.

Let me start with the most difficult one, which is maybe impossible at the current state: A.I. dragon commander. The A.I. not use any dragon when you play against them. Star Wars Battlefront 2 had the same situation but it was possible to make a mod to enable the A.I. controlled heroes. I know Dragon Commader is far more complex, but to be honest the A.I. could control the units separately from the dragon (like if it is two different player in the same faction) so the dragon could focus on himself alone.

The second one is about an option for the dragon I really would love to see. The ability to land on the ground. It doesn't really have any practical use but would be awesome to do it during multiplayer. Maybe it would be useful to dodge enemy fire, or to prevent the anti-air units to attack you.

The third is not really important. Would be useful if in dragon form you could scale the view with the mouse wheel.

I would love to see the developer's opinion about these. While the first and the third are only secondary and doesn't change the playability, the second one (ability to land with dragon) would be really cool.

Pityesz: A.I. dragon commander.
AI dragons were on the 'if there is time' feature wishlist, but lack of resources prevented them from being implemented.

I think the main problem with landing as a dragon would be animation issues (ie a lot more work required), and then the feature creep of people expecting more world interaction, or melee combat, etc.

Well that is totally true. It is fun like this anyway, the simple RTS goes well with the dragon and it isn't hard to protect yourself with the right army.
