The initial release of D2:DC is in English, French, German, Polish and Russian. However, there is a Spanish release of D2:DKS (from the Larian Vault or Steam, etc), so there shouldn't be very much extra localization required to add a Spanish version of D2:DC. Compared to D2:DKS, The only thing extra in D2:DC is the Developer Mode (which lets you use various cheats, teleport, explore areas not normally accessible, transform your character into any creature in the game, spawn opponents, etc).

I'll check on when a language pack may be available for the GOG release of the game.

There is a Spanish localization for Divinity 2: Dragon Knight Saga.

Unfortunately, there are no plans to release a Spanish language pack for Divinity 2: Developer's Cut, due to issues obtaining the rights (the publisher that handled the localization would need to agree to any re-release or re-use of the translation).
