Just wondering if there is any way to access the ini? With it using the same engine as Oblivion I thought it would be easy to access but I can only see an XML file that only has the Vsync options etc on it. And does anyone know of any good mods for this games such as textures and ENBs ?

There are no mods, AFAIK. There was a texture mod for the original release of D2:ED, but it is not compatible with DKS / D2:DC.
