I am having trouble accessing one hatch and chest.

Above the gates to the Black cove there is a stone man made path with a wooden bridge over it. On the inside of that and over the edge of the path is a little knoll where you can see a trapdoor and hatch.

I can't find it mentioned in any of the secrets pages and googling isn't turning anything up :(

It looks like there is a path from Back cove into that area but all my searching along that edge of Cyseal hasn't turned up any access.

Has anyone managed to get down the hatch? Do I have to do something later to trigger access?

Help would be appreciated!

This is on the path up to the main section of Cyseal from the harbour? There is no access from the beach west of the harbour. You can reach that location from an area under Cyseal, though, with a couple other entrances in town and one outside.

You can also teleport a character over to reach the chest and hatch (Teleport, Tactical Retreat, teleporter pyramids, etc).
