Well, I've had the game a few days, and just had a crash to desktop. When I started it again, it gave me the option to configure certain things. I didn't change anything, just assumed it would be the same. But when I started the game, I realized it's now set at 800x600, which is a bit too large. I'd like to change that, but the manual says "When you first run the game you have options to configure" - but when in-game, there doesn't seem to be any configuring options. I'd hate to have to uninstall and reinstall; is there any way to get to these configuration options without doing that?

You can re-run the configuration program from start menu folder for the game, and select a different resolution.

If you don't want to do it the easy way, it is also possible to browse to the Divine Divinity folder in Windows Explorer, open the config.div file in Notepad (or other text editor) and manually set the resolution.
