is it possible too turn the camera 360 degress or is it stuck the way it is????
and is there any mods to the game that you really need?

Yes, in the Game options you can 'Unlock rotation'.

There aren't any essential mods, but I have not checked out what is available yet, to see if there is anything that might be nice to have.
